Sure, it's a bit more lo-fi than you're used to, but we can't seem to get past how cute the darn thing looks! Made with a delicate honeycomb structure, the Chikuno Cube's bamboo powder/charcoal is made to up suck up everything from moisture to odor, ammonia to formaldehyde - a nifty little wonder that's perfect for anyone who's got a fridge full of bacon, blue cheese, or old Chinese take-out. More details, after the jump.
The bamboo structure gives it rigidity while the charcoal acts as a reusable baking soda reservoir. Every month you simply place it in direct sunlight for about 6 hours to release all the ugly odors trapped inside. How well does it work? We're not to sure ourselves, but a reusable refrigerator odor filter that doesn't use one bit of electricity? Count us in!

eeew, no thanks. $28 for something to use for only 1 year in optimal conditions? Baking soda or activated charcoal are vastly cheaper, especially for something that I'm not even going to notice on a day-to-day basis.
