Henning Boegershausen's Foldair Fan

061808foldair01.jpgWe've got a homely looking Honeywell fan circulating the air in the sauna known as our office currently, both for our computer and our own biological CPU called our noggin. Although the fan does a fine job of doing what it's supposed to do, it's one of those appliances we dread having out because of it's none-too-lovely appearances. Why couldn't manufacturers just release common products with clean, modernist sensibilities like this Foldair fan? It even tucks away into bookshelves when not in use, with it's "binder" end reminding you that cooling relief is at arm's length any time...

There has been other modern-looking fans; but almost all of them are so outrageously expensive that they can't be considered.
