SCENTBUG Home Fragrance Oil Fan
A small fan combined with fragrance oil pads stream whatever you choice of smells you want wafting throughout your home (we wonder if they offer bacon or brownies?) and users can mix and match oils to customize their own scent from the 30 smells offered. Operates on 2AA batteries and costs $12.50 (8 fragrance 0il pad refills are $3.50 with oils about $4 a bottle).

went to go try this out today and was disappointed to find that the fragrance doesn't come out very powerfully. its great for small bathroom or on your desk, but wouldnt really fill a whole room.
