Rideable Vacuum Cleaner

Not a robot vacuum but a riding vacuum. Specifically designed for children, this sure beats that plastic vacuum toy with the bouncing balls inside. We are not sure how effective this would be for real cleaning but fun nonetheless. If only they made an adult sized one....

Very cute idea. Don't overlook "cuteness" as a valid design element: my Roomba and Scooba are cute and effective: I enjoy using them.

Reminds me of the "Suckomatic" episode from Rocko's Modern Life. If you haven't seen it, it's a must-see that will leave you rolling on the floor (well maybe, but it's really funny).

Sounds like a great way to get bumped heads and banged-up furniture! How do you steer that thing, anyway? And what about the dust?

Anyone with kids knows that bumped heads and banged up furniture come with the territory. Mostly I feel sorry for the kid and not for the furniture.
