This is the most aggressive looking espresso machine we have ever seen. We like that. Underneath the top half of the Saeco Etienne Louis spiked sphere is where the water reservoir is hidden. At first glance, the spikes protruding from the sphere appears to be purely decorative but upon closer inspection the one at the front looks to be an operable knob that we are guessing is used to release the steam for frothing the milk.
