Artwork from Old Cassette Tapes

Certainly worthy of displaying in any techie's home, these inspiring and oh-so-hip pieces of art feature no paint or pen—just tape.

Turkish designer Ersinhan Ersin took old cassete tapes and essentially drew pictures and words with the plastic tape inside. The collection is called "Tapeography."

The words came before the skulls and other illustrations: The deisgner was originally creating a font for a school project about music when he realized he could create more than letters out of the tape!

Check out all of 'Tapeography' and the rest of Ersinhan Ersin's portfolio here at the Behance Network or on one of Unplggd's favorite wallpaper sources, Deviant Art.
