A full review examines all the details of this $3,000 media machine. Some features that we found exciting were its impressive specs, wireless keyboard and focus on HD content. While a wireless keyboard is pretty standard, the PC's fully loaded memory and ample hard drive space go far beyond most media PCs. An added bonus is a nearly silent operation and great performance coupled with energy efficiency. The only flaws PC Magazine found was a slower loading Blu-Ray drive and the external tuner(s), giving the user more to hide in their media center.

All-in-all, despite its high price tag, they found Sony's TP25E to be a powerful contender with its media center competition.
