With the possibility of having wireless speakers, this concept set of speakers could see the light of day pretty soon. The Pea Speaker system will probably be a costly way of having wireless speakers since they could be easily dropped on the floor. Designer Lu Le wanted to come up with a playful design for speakers that could easily be tossed around.
Bluetooth Pea Pod Speaker System
Each of the pods holds 7 wireless bluetooth speakers. Only one of them allows you to control the volume on the speakers. Each speaker sphere is powered by a lithium ion rechargeable battery, which is charged via induction when it is placed in the pod. It's an interesting idea to have speakers that can be taken out of a room into other rooms, while still playing music.

The concept of this speaker system is both very innovative ad interesting. However, the problems that might have happened are, first of all, finding and controlling the volume would be a pain in the since the "speaker balls" could be scattered all around the room. And most importantly, my cat, who runs all around the room, just loves to poke at them darn balls.
