DIY Cord Organizer

We always love a DIY. So when Lifehacker recently highlighted this cord-control solution, we took notice. Rather than shelling out the $50-100 for a clip on cord organizer, this hacker made his own with a piece of PVC pipe.

While we can't see ourselves needing this hack (or the more expensive Cable Catcher), we definitely appreciate the idea of keeping cables from falling down to the floor. If any of you find a novel use for this, we'd love to see it!

I far prefer the hack of mounting all peripherals on the underside of the desk. This setup just looks messy.
