iGo Wall Power Cell Phone Charger

2007-08-10igocharger.jpgSometimes, you just lose things and you don't know where. Loosing your cell phone charger can be frustrating, especially if your phone is an older model. Such was the case for Jonathan from Minneapolis. His LG VX4500 had long been discontinued by Verizon, and they didn't have a charger for him, either.

So the Verizon employee recommended that he go to Radio Shack, where he'd find a universal charger. Skeptical but desperate, he trekked to Radio Shack, where he found the iGo Wall Power cell phone charger that fit the bill. It works by providing a number of different adapters that connect to a universal cord and charger.

It's a somewhat hard to tell in the picture he provided, but the adapter is attached to the base of the phone in the picture (there's a small blue sticker on it indicating which specific adapter it is), and the universal cord and charger is in the case. The universal charger comes with 1 adapter and runs $30. A car charger that works the same way also runs $30.

I'm sorry--one of my huge pet peeves--lose does not equal loose.

We have this and it works really well, especially for travelling. It comes w/ a car adaptor too.
