The Manfrotto: Weird Name, Seriously Small Tripod

121208_tf_modopocket1.jpgIf a semi-permanent tripod mounted to your camera and built in with a case wasn't your style (you already have a case you like, maybe), and a water bottle tripod is juts not profesh enough for you (you are becoming quite a photographer), then maybe the Manfrotto Modopocket is up your alley...

Billed as the smallest tripod in the world, the Manfrotto ModoPocket MicroTripod weighs 50 grams and is 6mm thick when it's swing-arm legs are folded.

You can keep the ModoPocket attached to your camera all the time, so you'll always be ready for that timed shot. The ModoPocket tripod is available for $30 from Amazon.

wow, this a good idea for a present. I'm a photographer and usually carry a small tripod(like about 4 inches big) but this thing looks way sturdier plus its manfrotto and i trust that brand.
