If I tell it correctly in the screen saver above it is 2:25 and roughly 5 seconds.

Comicgeek: it's actually pretty simple once you get passed the weird configuration: thickest hand is the hour (pointing from bottom left to upper right at 2:00 hour), middle arm is minutes (pointing from top left to bottom right at about :25) and the thinnest is seconds (just as RJHD3 all noted above).
