That's right, get online not in line. While the restaurant in question, Momofuku in NYC, doesn't try to stand out as a high tech restaurant in the sense of being filled with touch screen tables or robot bar tenders, it differentiates itself in the way that reservations are made.

Twelve seats, and only bookable online. No phone calls. The result, an online race akin to scoring playoff or concert tickets. If you login too late or are too slow clicking with the mouse, the days reservations are gone. At least the food is getting good reviews. Any of our NYC readers eaten here?
