We want to know, have you seen a good, non-real estate company website to sell a home? Would you consider going through the trouble of building one if you were selling? How much does it add to the exploring of options?

There's more technology than ever before to help sell a home...besides the web, two other popular technologies are the Talking House, and the Audio Tour.
The Talking House broadcasts a radio signal in proximity to the home that's for sale, telling those nearby about the qualities of the inside, the lot, etc., beyond the capacity of a written ad. The Audio Tour, a function often available through traditional realtors, utilizes the cell phone to give information, note how many calls were made to inquire about the home, tracks the callers telephone number, and allows the caller to be connected directly with the realtor.
Do you have any experience with any of these technologies for selling your place? Have they worked well for you, or not? We'd love to hear your stories.
