Art Deco PC

2008-1-7woodenpcmod.jpgJeffery Stephenson makes custom computers, and one of his latest, G-metric Nano caught our eye. We love the inlaid wood design on top, which he said was inspired by a 1930s Max Factor compact.

Also impressive is the tiny design, which he accomplished using a minuscule motherboard (a Nano ITX, to be exact.) Inside a powerful computer is housed, with 1GB of memory and a DVD burner.

2008-1-7woodenpcmod2.jpgWe've had custom PCs in our household before, but never something of this craftsmanship. Bravo to Jeffery to combining his love of hardware with his carpentry prowess. Would you prefer a handmade computer over a mass-produced design?
