Flickrvision

Here is an interesting spin (get it?) on seeing newly uploaded Flickr images. The Flickrvision spinning globe shows you not only the picture that has been uploaded, but where in the world it is coming from.

We think that this is a nice variation on viewing Flickr photos, but is definitely more novelty than useful in the current Beta state. Now if there was the ability to click around within a certain continent or country while refining displayed images based on what you were interested in, say home media rooms for instance, this would be a nice way to get a quick look into what is happening in different parts of the world.
