Chromotherapy, a relatively new idea which you might better know as color therapy, is the idea that we can use color and light to balance energy wherever a person's body be lacking, be it physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental.

Whether or not you think that's bogus, it's the reason that we're seeing shower heads with color-changing LED lights and underwater glowing lights for the bathtub.
