It's like clockwork. Every 4-5 months we get tired of how our home is set-up and start rearranging. Maybe the TV should be here? This new artwork would look great on this wall, but then we need to move the sofa. It goes on and on. We think it has something to do with working from home. When you're constantly in the same space it's much easier to find room for improvement.
To help us with our Feng Shui ADHD we've been testing out a new software from Autodesk. It lets you build virtual rooms in whatever shape or size you want, add windows, doors, and then fill it with furniture and appliances. Basically you can build your floorplan and then drop in items, move them around, get rid of them, without all the heavy lifting...

I think it's also worth noting that it works in your web browser 'cause the first thing I thought of (as a Mac user), was that it'd be Windows only, like the Ikea planning software. Sure I could run it in some kind of windows emulator, but that's a pain.
This looks cool if you can save it and work on it wherever you have a browser and some time.
