A Cool DIY Way to store Your Keyboard Off Your Desk

032609_tf_keyboardrack1.jpgIf you're short on space and trying out some form of the zero-footprint wall-mounted office, or if you've got one monitor working double duty as both TV and computer for a little extra calmness in the bedroom, you're probably having a bit of trouble figuring out where to hide the keyboard and mouse peripherals when they're not being used. This DIY is easy, cheap and good-lookin' enough to solve your problem immediately.

032609_tf_keyboardrack2.jpgThis DIY comes from coloquialist over at Instructables, who needed a keyboard-and-mouse storage caddy mounted to the side of his desk for a little extra desktop space when he's not using 'em, using just an inexpensive magazine holder.

You will need to drill holes into both the magazine holder and your desk for this one, so make sure it's a project suitable for you an—as always—measure twice. You could also mount the magazine holder to the wall near your desk if mobility isn't important.

Check out the whole easy-peasy DIY here.
