Dymo Labelwriter Lets You Skip the Post Office

dymo-labelwriter-450_sz_082.jpg We never thought we'd say this, but we are lusting after this... label maker! After Gregory posted about the wonders he's discovered with his own label maker, we started looking at what's available. The Dymo Labelwriter 450 Twin Turbo Label Printer may be the coolest labeler we've ever seen. And it doesn't just print out labels, it can print out postage...

082609LWtwin_5.jpgWith two printing rolls at your disposal, you can print out addresses on one roll, while printing out postage on the other. We sell t-shirts and having to go to the post office every time someone places an order is a pain, so this could be a real godsend (you'll need Dymo's digital scale to fully avoid the post office).

The 450 Twin Turbo is both Mac and PC compatible and will run you $189.

you also should factor in the cost of the labels...which can be bought from third party vendors, but are still quite expensive.

my work has this unit, and each sticker breaks down to be around 11 cents. thats 55 cents to mail a standard letter.
