Storing batteries can be a pain, but having a supply is a necessary evil when it comes to gadgets. Battery Caddy helps curb the clutter.

The Battery Caddy helps you straighten up that junk drawer, and allow you to remove yet another packaging label from your home. They range in size and price from $4.95-10.95, and allow you to house just about any battery. Check them out here.

Really? A plastic bag won't work? Or maybe even the package they came in?

Wow, those are ugly. I'll stick with this:

I agree KatGamer, these are really ugly. My question is, why would anyone have that many loose batteries rolling around anyway? I mean, if you have batteries, don't you just leave them in the package until you need them (as Craig said)? And if you are going through that many batteries, shouldn't you invest in some rechargeable ones?

I use rechargeables exclusively, and would prefer the container store solution. Even better, I use tiny little tubs from Ikea, that cost me like $2 for three. That way, I can toss all of my rechargeables in together, and not have to worry about the fact that I have 8 AAs, 4 Ds, and a mishmash of other "as needed" batteries. That third container would drive me batty! What happens if I have another D battery? Or some AAAs? And they don't all fit into the giant long moulded plastic thing that won't fit anywhere?? Do I just toss them loose in the drawer, defeating the purpose of my "battery holder", completely?

Yeah, a small box, or a plastic ziplock is much more practical.

The example above is exactly why I hate coin holders, too. ;) I don't like my storage solutions to be so limited. And ugly.

Why is it important to not have a box with a logo on it in my junk drawer? Why is the logo on the box a problem that is solved by displaying the identical logo on the batteries? Why is it preferable to throw out the batteries' original container in order to pack them into a piece of plastic?
