Cooler Light: Why Didn't I Think of That?

110608_tf_coolerlight.jpgMost people don't find themselves digging through dark coolers for a tall, frosty brew very often, which is why most of the world has never known this particular product existed. But we can imagine is that it only takes one dark night at a campground to realize that the Cooler Light is a very important part of the process of making sure you don't accidentally reach into the cooler that holds the fish you caught earlier that day...

110608_tf_coolerlight2.jpgA single LED light reflected through an acrylic lens is secured to the underside of the cooler lid with double side adhesive tape and shines automatically when the lid is raised, just like your fridge at home. But unlike the typical refrigerator, the Cooler Light will shut off automatically after 20 seconds if the lid is left open.

Get it for $8.99 here, especially great as a gift for the beer snob who is the kind of guy to freak out if he were to reach in and accidentally grab a Bud Light.

Hi Taryn,

I was delighted to see your description of The Cooler Light on your website. It just so happens that my daughter, Rhonda Puckett, and I are the inventors. Mother and Daughter, hitting the big time. Happy to report that The Cooler Light is enjoying the buzz.
