We have been fans of Pandora's internet radio for a while. It has even expanded onto Sonos and Sprint mobile phones. With the new desktop version of Pandora's internet radio, you don't have to open your browser anymore.

No more accidentally closing the Pandora browser window and better yet, this is less of a memory hog than the browser based Pandora. Clicking on the application icon pops up your current stations and allows you to create new ones. Nice and easy. Still in beta, so give it a go here if you want to move your Pandora experience to your desktop.

Is Pandora still banned for Canadians? :( It used to my most frequently accessed website. I miss it.

Too bad you need an administrator password to get it up and running. In order to install it I have to ADMIT to my boss that all I do is listen to music all day.
I'll stick to PandoraBoy at work I suppose. :-(
