Flickr Finds: Thomas' Retro Modern Retreat

After seeing Last Life in the Universe (a great movie I may add) fairly recently, I was ecstatic to find more retro modern goodness on Thomas' adventures around Thailand. Here, we have classic wooden details, black & white tile, and wonderful touches of muted greens and yellows all over. A 32" LCD television is provided for entertainment, along with a Denon speaker set. Another lovely shot of his room after the jump.

i love hotel rooms! i checked out my cousins' hotel room while they were staying at the gansevoort hotel in nyc (ugh, not my scene!), and holy shit it's exactly what i've been wanting to do to my bedroom! like, purples and greys and the furniture and the lighting...yeah, i love hotel rooms!

Anyone know where to get that floating shelf holding the speakers? Looks like a glossy orange finish with aluminum edging. Would make a great LCD shelf for dvd player, dvd's, etc.
