ALPHADRACONIANS
Reptilian beings who are said to have established colonies in Alpha Draconis. Like all reptilians, they claim to have originated on Terra thousands of years ago, a fact that they use to 'justify' their attempt to retake the earth for their own. They are apparently a major part of a planned 'invasion' which is eventually turning from covert infiltration mode to overt invasion mode as the "window of opportunity" (the time span before International human society becomes an interplanetary and interstellar power) slowly begins to close. They are attempting to keep the "window" open by suppressing advanced technology from the masses, which would lead to eventual Terran colonization of other planets by Earth and an eventual solution to the population, pollution, food and other environmental problems. Being that Terrans have an inbred "warrior" instinct, the Draconians DO NOT want them/us to attain interstellar capabilities and therefore become a threat to their imperialistic agendas.

My aliens are short in stature but great in numbers. Thousands of 2 inch tall, 3 inch round beings, on four legs but with four arms, one to above each leg. They crawl about in a seemingly random manner, because any direction could be forward. They have no discernible front or back, even top and bottom is utterly identical to the naked eye, with their limbs each terminating with the same three tentacled "hand." They appear to move comfortably across our Earth's ground from their intergalactic transport, which bears an odd resemblance to Sophia from The Golden Girls in a racing-striped jumpsuit. They are led by the "large" one, measuring in at a full 3 inches high. Their color reminds me of Barney, all bright purple with accents of yellow and green about them. All but this leader. He is completely reflective. As reflective as chrome, but his body is as fluid as the rest of them.

I pull out my iPod and try to find something good for them to listen to, only to realize that they do not appear to have ears nor eyes or mouths, for that matter. I plug my iPod into my car stereo input anyway, and flip on the track with the most outrageous bass I've heard, something they wouldn't have to hear, they could feel it: Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend." Yes, I know, a guilty pleasure at best, but listen to it on a huge subwoofer. I dare you.

The two 12" subs in my car rumble to life a minute into the song. The old beater seems like it might shake to pieces, but she holds strong. The little E.T.s climb atop the roof of the car and start jumping and shuffling and shimmying around. It was the most fantastical thing I've ever seen.

-----------

I really shouldn't work 14 hour shifts. They do strange things to my brain. But as a side note, this giveaway looks awesome.
