Thursday Giveaway: Rocketfish Wireless Bluetooth Multimedia Keyboard & Mouse

2007-10-04rocketfish.jpg

AT:HT received a Rocketfish Keyboard and Mouse set that's wireless, bluetooth enabled (and can serve as a bluetooth hub), and made for multi-media setups--and we want to give it away to a great reader-reviewer. If you're up for the challenge--and want to score the set you get to keep for free--keep reading!

Info:

If you can and would like to test lab/review this keyboard/mouse set, please comment below telling us why you'd be the best one to do it...

We'll run this post for 24 hours and choose one person during lunchtime tomorrow. We're going to take the most convincing comment and then email you directly so we can send you the keyboard and mouse asap (Sorry, we can only choose one of you, but feel free to send in a review anyway if you know this product).

After we get you the Rocketfish Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, we'll expect your short, pithy and eloquent review back in two weeks, and we'll post it with a big thank you.

Please note: You must be a PC user, and also live in the lower 48 United States for this giveaway because of the shipping costs. Being a bluetooth technology user will help your prospects.

I've been really wanting to try this out. I'm so tired of Logitech.

I'm an architectural designer and my logitech isn't up to snuff. If you have ever used a mouse and had it 'stick' and cause lurching across the screen you know how annoying this is...but try using autocad and you will experience a hell like no other! Save me from my living hell--I am developing a horrible swearing problem in the office here!

I am a children's book/comic book colorist and I spend far too much of my day in front of the computer.

I have gone through keyboard and mouse after keyboard and mouse, trying to find something that truly is designed with the user in mind. It has to be easy to use, easy to install, long wearing, and comfortable with repetition. (if it made me breakfast in the morning, I wouldn't complain either!)

On my current keyboard the S doesn't work (well), and a few short cuts are no longer functioning... and I have only had this logitech for a month.

I would love to try something out that actually accented the work that I do instead of handicapping me!

I'm a former techie turned nurse ("awww, he has a heart" you're probably thinking) that lives a studio ("it's Manhattan, get over it" you just might be thinking) who happens to be getting a puppy next week ("god almighty! does he know what he's getting into?!"). I'm in the midst of puppy-proofing my apartment and would surely appreciate a few less wires to tempt the little fella.

That's reason enough, eh?

AND! I've never caved to the Mac pressure. PC through-and through ("WHAT DEVOTION!").

Hi,
I would love to have the opportunity to test these desirable peripherals. I am a culinary student who builds designery shelves, attempt to paint wallpaper and murals and etches on the side. Because of a slight case of ADD, i constantly dart between the the living room to the kitchen in search of ingredients or mod podge; needless to say, my life would be made safer with wireless contraptions. I have an IBM thinkpad whose keyboard and little-red-knobby demon nubbin i detest. With this set, the fine folks at AT could both further enable the beautification and feeding frenzy of my apartment as well as incur my inarticulate gratitude. thank you for you time.

I'm currently setting up a "media PC", using my laptop and my flat screen TV/monitor, so I'm the perfect candidate for a bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard test drive. I'll even add to my review how superb the Apartment Therapy site looks on a 37" screen. :)

Since I only have a tiny tv and no freestanding DVD player, my entertainment hub is really my laptop. I'm fully prepared to rent a couple of movies or put on a couple of CDs and put this keyboard's 'multimedia setup' claims to the test.

If I'm chosen to be the tester, I'll also have my roommate test drive it during one of his WoW raids - I sincerely hope that the keyboard/mouse doesn't lag, or heads will roll (namely, mine).

As a side note, I just got a new laptop with Bluetooth on it, so there won't be any problems with compatibility!
