Although I can no longer seem to find them on their website, we have used speaker stands from Ikea before that have served us well. There were two different models, one with a concrete base and one that was brushed stainless steel. The nice thing about both of these stands was the hollow column that provided a place to run and hide the speaker wire. The best thing was the price, even brand new they were affordable but they seem to be available second hand for between $10 to $15.

Any other suggestions?
