Jane is looking for some suggestions: My fiance is a DJ and we live in a VERY small space. I'm all for supporting his passions, but these bulky turntables (and the cables, speakers, and extra things that go with them) are making me antsy. Is there any good solution for keeping them accessible but not always so visible and cluttery when they're not in use?

lol on the last comment.
I am thinking, for now, a nice thick piece of fabric may work. For the future, you may want to consider building a table/cabinet with a removable top.

What's unattractive about your setup is not the equipment itself (Technics 1200's are very streamlined and stylish), but the folding table, cases, and extras.
I have a set of turntables in my apartment on top of the dj friendly, (& amazing) Ikea Expidit cabinet. I put a couple of cabinet doors to hide the accessories. The rest of the open spaces are perfect for vinyl. Ditch the flight cases so you can see the turntables, and then hide the wiring with some cable management.

If you really want to eliminate the clutter, get rid of the fiance who claims to be a DJ...
