We keep seeing these articles pop up around the web, so we wanted to share the thought with you: check your local library for a Kill-a-Watt and see if you can check out one from your local library, including outside the US.

There are many more postings on the web than these, but just a few that we've seen are in Maryland, Vermont,
Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ottowa, Canada.
