Lighting and temperature control via WiFi or a 3G cellular connection. Nice. Sure, you can get something like the Lutron Aurora home lighting control kit for a really easy to setup solution, but nothing says tech savvy like whipping your phone out of your pocket and dimming the lights or adjusting the temperature in your house on your way home.
Creston Home Automation Meets iPhone
The good thing about this app is that it is not a hack. This will be official Creston issued software, so hopefully the reputation that comes with Creston home automation will also come with the iPhone control. Wouldn't want to come back home in the middle of the summer with the heater cranked by accident.
