Straight from our own Small Cool 2009 contest going on right now over at our city sites, comes a noteworthy contender from the heart San Francisco, California. With such a small space to work with, Brenden and Shannon were forced to go through a number of trial and error setups before settling on the half living room/half home office you see before you now. In Case You Missed It: Brenden & Shannon's Living Room Office
Pushing the bedroom into the small closet, they truly maximize their space despite having only 478 square feet to work it.
Their TV size seems a bit reserved, but is probably the most optimal choice for a space as small as theirs. Going any larger will make the room feel tiny, but sacrificing any more would make the room feel empty (and tech-less!).
