News Flash: LG to Release Netflix Ready Plasma this Spring

Netflix has changed the way we watch movies, there's no question about it. They started through the mail and have recently launched streaming movies for those who don't want to wait for snail mail. Well, now rumor has it that LG is planning a flat screen with Netflix perks built into it.

What does that mean? Well, rather than watching from your computer or getting a Netflix set-top box, this plasma available this spring, will have streaming capabilities built in...

They'll cost $300 more for the streaming add-on. Amazon may be next in line to install their streaming content in TVs through a partnership with Sony. Sony first plans to release a $300 device called the Sony Bravia Internet Video Link, but ultimately will sell Sony Bravia TVs with the functionality built-in.

Alternatively, if you have an XBox 360 with XBox Live, you can stream Netflix that way.
