The problem is, we watch too much TV, this is the end result of the last picture. We need to turn off the TV and get outside and do something!
As part of my 12-week challenge to reduce my consumption, I now am only watching TV 1 day a week (which really truly is amazing for me, I'm such an addict). And you know what? Last night, I took a little bike ride. Usually I deal with stress by turning on the tube, but since I couldn't do that, I decided to enjoy a little of the nice spring air.
Not at all. It's all about choices. There's a simple solution: get an exercise bike/treadmill and work out as you watch TV. It's up to people to get healthy and blaming appliances is ridiculous.

Sad but true, yes.

So hopefully, I can go back to picture #1.
