Hot or Not? The Nixie GPS Clock

We love these old-style Nixie clocks. Most of them are made to celebrate Steampunk and there is no shortage of them available right now. Having a great clock on your desk makes telling time a cinch. This clock has got the Nixie vacuum tubes inside a nice display case, making it even more like art than technology.

This is a pretty sophisticated clock and it also houses a GPS. The Nixie IN-14 tubes are from Easter Europe and were lovingly assembled. The case is made out of acrylic and lets you admire the clock in all it's majesty. You get easy access to all the buttons as well. The clock has the usual features such as 12/24 hour, date, DST, and programmable on and off times. This is one great looking retro-styled clock. The acrylic case makes it pretty unique.
