Clean MacBook Stains with Toothpaste

2008-02-08cleaned_macbook.jpg

Polish your MacBook like you wax your car: apply white stuff, clean off with a barely wet towel, stand back and admire the shine. Unlike waxing your car, it isn't wax you apply to clean a MacBook, but rather toothpaste--the white paste kind.

Once you've rubbed a bit of the toothpaste in, wipe it off with a barely-wet towel.

The Lifehacker tip also said that it would be useful to use to get rid of the dirty palm stains that are the bain of white MacBook users everywhere.

I second the magic erasers comment - they make the white macbooks look brand new - just don't get them too damp.
