Leave it to Design*Sponge to make a standard run of the mill office chair into something worth keeping. We see these types of chairs all over the place. In friends basements, yard sales and thrift shops, so getting one at a good price is not a problem. The only problem with these is that they never look right behind a nice desk.
Just over a yard of fabric, a screwdriver, scissors, an allen wrench and staple gun are all you need to tackle this project. With just a little bit of time and a few dollars not only will you have something nice looking to sit on but also one less chair that goes into the dumpster.
