We've been hitting the thrift stores and eBay a little bit more than usual lately ever since our recent obsession with vintage cameras. After a while, we started picking up other interesting things ranging from typewriters to complete organs. Anyone else collecting vintage toys out there, or is it just us?
Inspiration: Other Vintage Tech Worth Displaying?
We recently picked up this USB retro record player from Crosley Audio a few weeks back and couldn't be happier converting our old vinyls into MP3's in high VBR (variable bit rate) format. What really got us down was when I found an exact original model at my local thrift store for a tenth of the cost. Sure, it might not rip vinyls, but boy do these things know how to express a sound.
Anyone out there got some cool vintage tech finds to share? We'd love to see them on our Unplgdd Flickr group!
