Polaroids Integrated Into Wall Display

052809_tf_polaroid1.JPGOk, so they're not quite Polaroids. But these compact, square pictures remind us of the instantly recognizable instant film, even if they are missing the telltale thick white border on bottom. Either way, it's cool to see how something as simple as an amateur camera snapshot takes on a different look under repetition...

052809_tf_polaroids2.jpgWe spotted this idea at Decor8, where a bunch of images of a designers' handbag collection were hung together inside a frame as a part of a wall vignette.

Tacking up snapshots is a look typically reserved for teenagers' bedrooms and frat houses. But the repetition takes this look from the dorm room to something worthy of the pages in a shelter mag.

I believe those are polaroids, just not the standard ones your use to.
