Motion Sensor iPhone Speakers

Last week we took a look at some of the best products on view at 100% Tokyo Design. One of our favorites is a new iPhone speaker system designed by Michael Young. Core77 has since uploaded a video from the show with an interview with Young who demos how the speakers work. These are way cooler in action!

More information on Young's speakers can be found at the i24R3 site.

ok, excuse me for a second, but, how is the gesture control better then a remote?

Its nifty yeah, its also sorta pretty too, Hell, I wouldn't reject it, but, it seems like a gimmick since it looks like it takes more effort to turn it down and up with just the gesture

What I want is a volume control that matches the level of my screams. Waving arms just seems silly.
