Never Lose Your iPod When You Fly

091809_tf_bluetravelset1.jpgSome might think this is as silly as a Snuggie. But with the holiday season approaching and many planning to take long trips, it's worth a second look...

Designed for the cold and bored-on-airplanes, this gem called creatively the "Blue Travel Set" is a blanket-slash-iPod storage device.

Tuck your 'Pod into the little pouch (Make sure you let the headphone cords hang out) and tuck yourself under the cover for a cozy, music-filled trip to dreamland.

Plus, the Blue Travel Set comes in a zip storage pouch that can be inflated for use as a pillow. Genius! What else does a techie need to travel? Get it for $28 here.

Am in UK. Like the idea of the ipod pocket. And the inflatable pillow. Any ideas where I could buy one of these or something similar?

I agree Matt. M. Seriously, when you aren't carrying this blanket, you probably have some other place to hold your iPod...just use that.

Also, what is with the advice about leaving your headphones out. Who is going to leave them in the pocket with their music player when they want to listen? That seems like talking down a little bit. Even if someone somehow forgets that they need their headphones, they are going to quickly realize they aren't hearing any music because they don't have their headphones on.

PS I really hate when products seem to forget that there are other types of music players. Especially the ones that aren't specifically for iPods (ie. this since the pocket can't possibly only be able to hold iPods and somehow rejects other music players).
