How Often Do You Clean Your Mouse and Keyboard?

091108mousecleaning.jpgMost people would assume the dirtiest spot in the house would be around the kitchen sink or the toilet. But in reality, you might be harbouring miniscule bits of filth and germs right under your fingertips right now. Some of us clean our input devices everyday; we admit, we're not a daily cleaner. But we make up for it by cleaning carefully using a light solution of hand disinfectant, a lens cleaning cloth and even a Q-tip to get into the nooks and crannies of our tablet-mouse-pen combo (we'd one day like to try one of these to really deep clean inbetween). Our keyboard receives the same care about once a week, but we could probably improve this habit since we tend to dine keyboard-side daily. How about you? Any cleaning tips or tricks for keeping your input devices looking and operating well?

Anyone have a good way to clean a wireless keyboard?

In the past with my wired old one, I would pop off every key and clean them. Is that a no-no with wireless? I'm scared to try!
