I am in desperate search for the cover of this Macbook pro that the director shows in the beginning of this trailer. It's a gorgeous wallpaper-like design and I am in need to dazzle my laptop up.
Would you have any tips onto where i can find something similar? Nectar

We love it too, but we've never seen such a thing in all our laptop decor finds. Can anyone out there help? (It's easier to see the design in the trailer itself...)

Chances are that mac has been laser etched- if you're in NYC, you can have it done at Adafruit.

You may also be able to simulate that look by having someone replicate it with frosted vinyl. Although it may be hard because that design is extremely intricate. I've done it before with less complicated designs and it looks similar to etching, is a lot cheaper, and you can also peel it off and change the design.

I thought I've seen this before on this site, and a quick search yielded slinks and eventually to etchstar. They're based in LA and I don't know for sure if they take orders that need to be shipped.
