The Sleek and Flexible New Asus Laptop

We love innovative concepts, and Turkish designer Emir Rifat ISIK new concept for Asus, the Flexible, certainly falls into that category. With a sleek design and LED touch keypad, what is not to love about this laptop?

Designer Emir Rifat ISIK has created a laptop that is flexible and allows users to work from various positions instead of being forced to assume a traditional computing posture while working on this laptop. We love the flexibility of this device as most of the time we are using our laptops in various spaces in our homes and are rarely at our desks.

The other feature about the Flexible we find quite nifty is the LED touch keypad which allows the the main surface to be used as a graphic tablet in addition to a keypad.

We also love the clean lines of the device and think that in addition to enhancing the look of the device they also enhance it's ability to be kept clean. No tiny keys to vacuum under here!

What do you think? Would you purchase the Asus Flexible should it go into production?

nope- it may be purdy, but I don't think it is any more flexible- maybe less flexible.

I agree, this looks like a stellar concept.

Unfortunately, like concept cars, there's no way the final product will look anything like this. Further, if it's a Windows machine, it'll be littered with "Works with Windows 7!," "Intel Inside!," and "NVidia Graphics!" stickers.
