is the black CFL an actual ultraviolet blacklight??

That would very cool if it is.

I found these at WalGreens yesterday. Bought a pair and took them home. The orange is quite a brilliant, rich color. The black is, in fact, an ultraviolet blacklight bulb that works well despite being so small.
