If you've ever wanted to add lighting effects to your home, your options have been limited to costly or restrictive choices. This mulit-color LED lightbulb allows you to turn any light source into a colored light show or subtle mood lighting, all from the click of a remote.

The single bulb can be installed in any standard lightbulb socket, and the color and effect is controlled by the remote. You have over 16 colors to choose from, and can be adjusted to the brightness level you choose. If you want to turn your living room into a dance floor, you can also do effects such as strobe or flash. That's excessive, but actually really cool. I wonder if you can link a bunch of bulbs to the same remote, though? It'd be weird if you bought, say, 4 bulbs and then had 4 different remotes (that probably all look the same). All in all, cool idea!
