It was probably inevitable that we'd have more "Not a..." items on the market, including the anti-not a bag option. Now we have the Not a Lamp, from designer David Graas.
If you know Dutch, please take a look at the site and let us know if it's actually available for purchase, as the Babel Fish translation didn't really let us know.
Seems also that this could be easy inspiration for your own version--just make sure the light source isn't going to cause the Not a Lamp to heat up too much and become a fire hazard.
"Available in the colors (inside): white, orange, green and blue." is the only indication of availability. There is an address for the collective, and the front page indicates that their products are available at the Wella Department Store, but that's it. Email them.
