We were enjoying the most recent issue of Vanity Fair earlier this week when we stopped to note this compact home office filled with an abundance of home electronics all within an arm's reach. Flat panel plasma, two laptops (one a Sony PC, the other a MacBook Air), Dish Network, satellite radio, a mini home theater setup....it's all tucked neatly inside a admirably organized workspace befitting the owner. Take a gander at a guess and then check out below for the reveal.

Yup, the desk belongs to none other than the queen of home and lifestyle herself, Martha Stewart. We've heard from first hand experience that she's every bit smart, tough and observant as her reputation tells. And from a careful glance at her desk, we know she runs a tight operation on both the macro and micro level. But Martha, we beg you to get a better seating option...that stool can't be comfortable!

I did guess correct, but that's because you gave it away with your clue! I am pretty sure Martha Stewart is the only person on the planet who is primarily famous for being organized.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that found Martha Stewart liking rap was the only thing that intrigued me about this article. She must have picked that up her love for hip-hop in her days "locked up".

Hahahah, you guys have me dying with the rap comments. Seriously though, as I was browsing this entry, I think my face went like this: 0_o when I read about her love for rap. It just seems totally misplaced.
And am I the only one that was surprised the desk belongs to Martha? I guess I expected it to be more organized than this. My desk organization skills put hers to shame.

speakaboo- i thought the same. it almost feels too cluttered for Martha Stewart.I'm surprised she doesn't have her computers hooked up to one monitor that she can just flip back and forth to.
but look at that puppy!! so cute.

ohhh Martha Martha Martha, hasn't anyone told you that Macs can run Windows now? 1 computer=less clutter.

I heard Windows runs poorly on Macs. Though, it is nice to have two, so she can opt to bring her work computer (probably for compatibility with the studio) to work. If it needs to stay at work for some reason, there's still one at home with all her important info on it.
I run 2 computers at home too, one I can bring with me for client presentations or to work on location, and the other is personal that's got all the family pictures and whatnot on it.
