Paolo Cattelan's Dolce Vita adjustable TV steel stand for Cattelan Italia allows for a range of height placement for displays of up to 32", while his Hollywood model is designed for larger 42" screens, with integrated steel and glass storage for media and components. He's also designed and offered a symmetrical stand called the Panorama with similar features, just with a balanced layout for those who feel unnerved by the other designs. We suspect the market for asymmetrical stands must be quite small, since the majority of home theaters we've seen is expectedly dictated by our desire to balance both sight and sound. How do you feel about an asymmetrical stand and/or placement of a display?
The only reason I don't own one already is the girlfriend acceptance factor. No Manchild loft should be considered complete without one.
