Look! Tulip-esque Mini Speakers

111908 tulip speakers.jpgThere is a reason that the Tulip base is an icon. It looks good on so many things. Dining tables, coffee tables, chairs, even turntables and home stereo systems. Now here is another example, but on a smaller scale.

 
 

Details are sparse, 1979 and Holland, but as Flickr user rudezindel says, with some new speakers, this would make for a sweet desktop iPod speaker set.
