A previous experiment by hey_suburbia of wiinintendo.net of playing WII sports for 30 minutes a day resulted in losing 9 pounds and 3 inches off his waist after 6 weeks. We'll see if the Wii Fit can produce better results as he kicks off his latest Wii Fit experiment.

So what if you don't look nearly as good as the before shot?
Still, looking foreward to my wii fit, preordered and so excited.

When it comes to exercise, something is always better than nothing. No, Wii can't replace the gym. Neither can walking, taking the stairs, or watching what you eat. But that doesn't make those other steps a bad idea. Healthy living is not about a single choice, but about a series of positive choices that lead to improved health and well being. Anything that can add variety and interest to the process is a good thing.
